How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on the size of your order and the delivery destination. You can also find more information on our Shipping page.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days once your order has been processed and dispatched. During busy periods, bank holidays or promotional events, delivery may take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the UK, across Europe and to selected international destinations. Delivery times and charges vary depending on location. Please see our Shipping page for full details.
I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
Where possible, we pack and dispatch items together. In some cases, orders may arrive in separate parcels if this helps us dispatch items more efficiently or if products are stored separately.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
What should I do if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at vie@global1st.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and advise you on the next steps.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at vie@global1st.co.uk with your order number before returning any item. We will advise you on the correct return procedure and return address. Returns are handled in line with our trade returns policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, checked and approved, refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email vie@global1st.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us and we will advise based on our trade terms and returns policy.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. As this is a trade website, you will need to register for an account and be approved before placing an order. This helps us ensure access is limited to trade customers only.
