This is a wholesale-only website. All shipping terms below apply to approved trade account holders.

Minimum Order

Minimum order value: £75 (excl. shipping)

UK Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1-3 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders (Europe, USA and Rest of World) are billed at cost based on weight, dimensions and destination. We will provide a shipping quote for your approval before dispatch.

Most international shipments are sent via tracked courier services (DPD, UPS or DHL).

Pallet and Bulk Orders

For larger orders requiring pallet shipment, please contact us for a tailored shipping quote.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
• Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are typically shipped the same day
• Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day
• If any item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 working days
• During peak periods (Christmas, etc.) please allow up to an additional 5 days

• Orders via Faire: 60-day payment terms available - apply via Faire

Are deliveries tracked?
Yes, all UK orders include tracking. International tracking depends on the courier service used.

Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes, collection from our Harrow warehouse can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us in advance.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we require a full delivery address with someone available to receive the goods.
