Returns Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when items arrive damaged, faulty or are not as expected. If you need to report an issue or request a return, please contact us by email at vie@global1st.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • order number
  • name
  • address
  • email address
  • reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, with any seals and packaging intact. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we will process the refund for the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged and this has affected the quality of the products inside, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Photographic evidence will be required.
